Exchange of good practices with the ‘mastery’ project consortium

On 17 January, the ‘Construye 2030plus’ project took part in the transnational meeting of the European project ‘mastery’, held in Yecla (Murcia), where the BUILD UP Skills initiatives were presented as a European success story, and the discussion focused on the development of certification schemes for green micro-skills in the construction sector.

During the second day, as part of the workshop ‘Learning from others and peer exchange’, Esther Rodríguez, International Projects Officer at Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, shared with the ‘mastery’ project partners and other international stakeholders the progress of the Construye 2030plus project, highlighting its innovative approach and direct connection with the training challenges posed by the new European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).

The presentation offered insight into how we are working on a training model that combines flexible certification, both face-to-face and digital learning, and interactive tools, all aimed at supporting the acquisition of key skills in areas such as thermal insulation, window installation, and heat pump systems.
