The construction sector is facing an urgent transformation. The aging workforce, the scarce presence of women and young people, and a training offer that frequently fails to meet the real demands of the market or to the new environmental challenges, highlight the need for action.
Construye 2030plus aims to be an integral part of the solution. For two and a half years, its consortium will develop resources, tools and training activities to support the qualification of professionals in the sector, thus accompanying their adaptation towards a more sustainable , qualified and inclusive model.
